These earrings are made from hand cut brass sheeting which is planished using a specialist hammer to give it texture. The earring posts are silver plated.
The collection has been designed by Just Trade in collaboration with award winning author and illustrator Coralie Bickford-Smith.

This ethical jewellery is handmade by the skilled fair trade artisans of Flowering Desert Project. The project provides training and fairly paid work for women from rural communities in Tamil Nadu, India. As the women increase their skills and future work possibilities they often gain status in their society for the first time.
