Kilombero long grain white rice is incredibly versatile, absorbing flavours, spices, and aromas when used in all kinds of dishes. Harvested in Malawi by smallholder farmers who are part of NASFAM (National Smallholder Farmers’ Association of Malawi) a democratically governed organisation owned by its members — 60% of which are women. Income from this fair trade rice means that these farming communities can invest in their businesses, educate their families, and plan for the future.
